If your company is in the VTEX System Integrators Program, the portal is already open to you — there is no separate registration and no new password to create. Sign in with the same VTEX credentials your team uses for the VTEX Admin, and the portal recognises your company automatically.
Anyone on your team with a user on your company’s VTEX account and the right access profile can sign in. Your account administrator can grant it.
That usually means your company’s VTEX account is not yet linked to your System Integrators Program record. It is a quick fix on our side — contact your VTEX representative with your company name and the VTEX account you signed in with, and they will get it connected.
