Pick and Pack: Accurate delivery data on package labels

Ensure package labels include delivery method data to improve fulfillment accuracy and dispatch speed.

What it does

This update enables the Pick and Pack app to pull delivery method information from core system sources even when the Last Mile module is disabled. This ensures that generated package labels display clear delivery expectations for pickers and packers.
