Criteria to earn your move up a tier
Your contracted tier is your floor: you can never drop below it. Points can only promote you.
Points come from nine measures over a rolling 12 months:
Operational excellence pays: SIs are rewarded for how well they run their merchants’ stores (stores under management, merchant NPS, GMV and store speed).
Tier changes take effect every quarter, starting 31 December. Points update daily, and the SI Portal shows your points, projected tier and next best actions.
